The Conservatives have called on Robert Mugabe to lift the restrictions on aid groups and non-governmental organisations in Zimbabwe.
The Shadow Secretary of State for International Development, Andrew Mitchell, described Mugabe’s decision to suspend all field work by aid workers as “a cruel and callous act”.
